In an effort to protect the integrity of the Survivor Fund, the International Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame and Museum and our non-profit status, we have implemented policies to control the use of our name and/or logo as well as fundraising efforts on our behalf. Please be advised that all parties using our name and/or logo as well as all who collect money for the Survivor Fund must have written permission to do so and should be able to provide a copy of that documentation at your request. Questions regarding fundraising efforts or questionable usage of our name or logo should be directed to the International Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame and Museum, Survivor Fund Committee.
Any individual, organization or group wishing to use the Survivor Fund name and/or the Survivor Fund logo must submit a written request to the International Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame and Museum. Requests should explain the reason for and include an example of the proposed usage. Please include the name of all parties associated with events and organizations wishing to use the name or logo as well as the duration of the intended use. Requests will be reviewed by the Survivor Fund Committee monthly and written approval will be provided for acceptable uses of the Survivor Fund name and/or the Survivor Fund logo. Please include a contact name and phone number with all requests.
Any individual, organization or group wishing to raise funds for the Survivor Fund must gain written permission prior to the collection of those funds. Requests for permission to collect funds for the Survivor Fund should be submitted in writing to the International Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame and Museum. Each request should include the date or dates of the proposed fundraising as well as a detailed description of the method in which the funds will be collected. Requests will be reviewed by the Survivor Fund Committee monthly and written approval will be provided for acceptable fundraising efforts. Please include a contact name and phone number with all requests.
